What is FERMENTUM?

FERMENTUM is a soft drink rich in billions of beneficial bacteria, enzymes and vitamins that have a beneficial effect on your organism. Once in the GI tract, it easily restores the microbiota, stimulates and improves the digestive process, and helps boost your immunity.

How and how much to drink FERMENTUM?

FERMENTUM can be drunk in its pure form.
We recommend drinking 200 ml per day, bringing the daily volume up to 1 liter.
If you don't like the sour taste in FERMENTUM you can add honey or sugar to taste or add it to your favorite juice. The sugar will serve as food for the bacteria, thereby prolonging their survival.

Is there alcohol in the drink?

Fermentum is a non-alcoholic beverage. However, it's important to remember that alcohol is present in many other products, such as kefir, kvass, sorbet ice cream, smoked sausage, and cheese. Do these products induce similar sensations to alcohol? The ethanol content in Fermentum is significantly lower than in kefir.

Regarding the feeling reminiscent of intoxication, the state of the gut flora plays a crucial role here. This effect will dissipate as the gut microbiota becomes more balanced.
